I want my Money back or replacement of washing machine

Bought washing machine online from Paytm on 13th January, 2016. Within 2 months the machine stopped working properly, so I callled customer care technician came and said there is no problem. But again when I was washing clothes it stooped working. I raised a complain the technician didn't turn up again I called customer care again he didn't turn up. I spoke to the manager as well then the technician came and told they have to replace the part. Now every time when I am calling the guy is saying part is not available. Today also after not getting repsonse from technician I lodged a complain then customer care people told he will be coming today , again didn't turn. I didn't spent 16k bucks just to get this and keep running after people. Please help.
