I purchased 2 items in snapdeal. Those 2 items was out of my size.I want to return the product.But they are not responding to my return request.

Customer care people responding very rudely and not resolving my problem. They are directly saying, we can't help you & we can not refund your amount.

They are saying we found some internal discrepancy in your account but they are not giving me any details about internal discrepancy which they found in my account
