We have purchased 2 Esteem Firmtec Mattresses measuring (75X66, 8 Inch) Single and 75X60 Single 6 inch on 14th Oct 2017

We have rarely used the mattresses and we are unable to sleep on that and suffering from shoulder and backpain. Also one of the the mattresses size taken by sleep world showroom No 60, sector 20 C, Tribune road Chandigarh excutive is not correct as per bed size it is not appropriate you can validate the same as we have shifted to this new house 9 month back only but purchased nattresses 1.7 years early. Please look into this.
