Dear Sir / Madam

I have a water cooler which is out of warranty of Symphony. The cooler was not starting , i complained in their customer care no 0793013011 on 13th april complain no : RA-OS-13D16007, the tech. visited after 3-4 days and seen the cooler and went back, then again came after 3 days and seen the cooler and have taken PCB(a pert of cooler) out of the cooler and told that it has to be repaired. But till date they have not rectified the cooler and again i complained on 27th april, 2016 complain no: RA-OS-27D16010, but still nothing has happened. Now they are refusing that they have not taken out any part out of the cooler and they are not coming to resolve my problem. My cooler is out of warranty and i am ready to pay the repairing charge
