Snapdeal Not getting Service for a Warranty

I had made a online purchase of Sunflame 3B-BK Crystal Plus Toughened Glass Cooktop from Snapdeal in the name of Madhusmita Mohapatra vide Invoice No.SED531/16-17/644, dated 28th October 2016. This product has 2 years manufacturer warranty.

After using few months, I faced problem in the big burner. Some cracker sound is coming up while igniting and putting out fire. So I made a complain to Sunflame on 11th February 2017. They also booked a Service Call to M/s. Krishna Trading Co., Bhubaneswar. But no one give me any service till date. Thereafter I have already mailed them three times on 24th Feb, 3rd Mar and 9th March 2017 regarding this issue. But getting no response from them.
