Servicing of vehicle purchased creta from Punj Hyundai hamirpur (H.P)

I had purchased creta from Punj Hyundai hamirpur (H.P) n want to get the same serviced from Tapan Hyundai shimla (H.P). However when we went to get the same serviced they refused to do the same on the context that the vehicle has been purchased from Punj Hyundai. Is this the way customers of Hyundai are treated by their dealers causing harassment to the customers. I think no company has this policy that service is to be done only from where the vehicle has been purchased coz people move out of places for their requirements. Tapan Hyundai has always been harassing people n dictating it's own terms
