GLobal services in #39,1st cross,vijayanagar,JP Nagar 5th phase. not a trust worthy service provider for refridgerator.

i got replaced my fridger of refrid. 2 months back, cooling not happening at all. I called them 4 to 5 times but no one came.
every time i call them, they tell to come and inform manager but no response.
they charged 6500+300 rupees for service which almost 55% cost of new fridge.

I want to put case on these guys.
