Cheating and no money refund

We book chadar trek from 23 January through thrillophilia. Our trek cancelled on the third day because of the vendors mismanagement. Vendor - Renok Adventures offered full refund to the trekkers who booked through them & we were also under the same impression that thrillophilia will return our money.
But they are not.

I wrote reviews on there facebook page so they have blocked me on there page.How could they do it, that's what Review sections are made for.

I complain about this to there product team team head Mir Salman but he never gave any answers & everytime asks for some more time or gave us a lecture on Thrillophilia values & customer handling.

Issue : Thrillophilia gave our trek to Trip n thrill. Trip n thrill gave it to crazypeaks. And at the trek site it was renok adventures who was handling everything.

Problem with Thrillophilia:
1. Giving false information on site - they told trekking group would be of 15-20 people but we were 40 people on such a typical terrain with only 2 guides.

2. There do not take any medical certificate or anything as mentioned on there site. I dont know what would happen if any of the trekker has a serious medical issues.

3. They form a whatsapp group before the trek which was very active before the trek where they told us stuff to buy. They suggested us a shoes worth Rs 4000+ but on our first day of trekking we come to know that we need only gum boots which costs us Rs. 380 in ladakh & are easily available is less than Rs200 in our cities.

4. They do not provide tents to the porters & they have to sleep in the open in sleeping bags only at a temperature of -20 degrees.

5. Most importantly, they lied to us that chadar is not formed properly & we have to return.But my friend has gone one day after me & he has completed the trek.

6. When we hear the news of our trek cancellation, we were given two options -
a. To spend our remaining days in camping at different sites.
b. Or we can have our money back if we left the trek. Renok adventures who was the leader there offers full refund to there trekkers & they were more in numbers & everybody was happy in returning to the base site with full money vouchers.

We who booked through thrillohilia were get fooled there.

I wrote a very detailed mail to thrillophilia about the problems & so my friends but none of them is answered, please go over it in the attachments.
I can provide proofs for everything & you can also contact the other trekkers.
Lots of mails chain regarding complaints are going with them & they are not answering any of there mistakes.
Consequences could be very bad as we were 40 people with only 2 leaders. Not us but one of the porter who was carrying our staff fell down in the river.He is safe but we lost lots of our food.

These people are organising the trek without any safety measures. They are considering the trekkers as toys passing them from one organization to other.

Please ask them how could they take a person on trek in such a difficult condition(temperature less than -10 degree) without any medical certificate.

For me i wasted more than 50000 bucks & not even survived for half of the trek. Whole preparation for the trek got wasted.
My friends who booked through a different agencies completed it & now they thought of us as fools.
