i had bought this room cooler from usha 1/04/2016 and it was working fine in its initial days but its low and medium cooling options didn't start responding after a week... i thought that the problem will be resolved within my 1st call to the customer service but today being a week from my 1st complaint to usha international and had to call it for the 5th time today but still the problem hasn't been resolved yet... they always keep on saying that it will be resolved within the next 24-48 hours and then i think they simply ignore it.... i thereafter request you to do something ASAP and also to make it an issue against USHA company nationally so that no-one else needs to suffer from the same bad customer service responses ever.... i live in bangalore and my dealer's name is: hello mobile and electricals, #1, B.D.A. site, Opp. police station, kumaraswamy layout, bangalore-560078... contact number of the dealer: 09845192569... my warranty card's s.no. is: CT343-AC16301825... i thereafter look forward to getting some positive responses from your side ASAP team....

    I purchased Usha Room Cooler MAXX Air CD 504 Remote on 14-06-2016. That stopped working after one month, I ran from pillar to post no response. Ultimately complaint was registered on 28 August 2016, vide request No. C16082801036 and reference No. 5771. The complaint was registered and I was directed to contact Sharma Traders
    ( assigned centre) Jammu, with phone no 9796030830. I contacted them, they sent someone, who has opened the cooler once in August 2016, but he never came back.
    Kindly take the matter as most urgent
