respected sir , i bought realmex7 pro from kesri collection motihari and i received the sealed box after that i started using the phone but after 2 years a problem arised with the display of my phone. actually a sudden appearance of horizontal line spotted on my screen and now i am facing problems. I have file this complaint because in this case i am not guilty. this hapenned due the fault of compny . I got to know that this type of issue hapenned with multiple of users across INDIA . The compny shoud borrow the charge of screen replacement or pay my amount back. This case will make a stop on the monopoly of the company . thank u
