Damaged Items during relocation

Hi Team,

I have used the Southways Packers and Movers Delhi services to relocate my household items from Delhi to Bangalore on 11th March 2016.

I have received my household on 20th March about 4 days later what was committed while fixing the deal. There are a damages of my some household items which will cost more than Rs. 7500/- in total. I have talked to Pawan Gupta regarding the same. He agree to pay the amount but not have given any tentative date to give me the amount which will cost to repair or replace the damage items.

Pawan Gupta (Cell: 9999980221-211) and V K Nair (Cell: 9310699339) are not responding properly whenever I give them a call. None of them are taking the responsibility and VK Nair asking me to call Pawan and Pawan asking me to call Nair. They made me football.

I request them either to pay the amount or get repair the damaged items but it's been about 2 months now and they are not ready to take any action and responding rubbish if I calling them.

3. Damaged Washing Machine Body
4. Damaged Fridge Body
5. Broken Basket and Seat cover of bicycle
6. Broken 4 Kitchen trays
7. Broken Scooty petrol pipe and handle grips
8. Broken Glass plates of dinner set
9. Broken Mope
10. Some of the items are scratched badly
