Dont buy Aquaguard product as service is poor

My Aquaguard Reviva RO is not functioning properly since last couple of weeks and the product is under Annual maintenance contract and the contract is also active. The last service was done 3 months ago and Aquaguard has changed all the 5 candles.
I have complained the same to the Aquaguard Bangalore (Karnataka) helpline 080-3988 3333, 5 times since 1st April 2016 still neither anybody called up nor visited for service t had been closed anonymously. To my utter surprise these guys shamelessly send me the feedback survey. Funny part is, everytime I called, they will open a new complain stating that we are escalating this complain by opening another complain number. I have been provided 4 complain numbers so far in these 16 days.
