सर मैंने samsung smartphone galexy on5 कुछ प्रॉब्लम के कारण सर्विस सेंटर पर दिनांक १५-११-२०१६ को दिया था bill no .4225585847 है जिसमे छोटी से प्रॉब्लम कहकर दो दिन में सुधार कर देने का कहा गया था २४-११-२०१६ को मैंने सर्विस सेंटर जाकर पूंछा तो कहा गया की दो तीन दिन बाद मोबाइल मिलेगा जिसके बाद से आज दिनाक तक१६-१२-२०१६ तक मोबाइल रिपेयर कर नहीं दिया मेरे द्वारा पूछे जाने पर कम्पनी और सर्विस सेंटर दोनों के द्वारा दो तीन दिन कहकर घुमाया जा रहा है और कहते की जब आएगा तो कॉल कर देंगे
