RTO Cheenaii-Bike registration, applied for bike registration at RTO Chennai

I have applied for bike registration at RTO Chennai (South) on date 06Sep16 with Application number I3085591 and Challan No. 0085591. I have submitted all my original documents and have paid challan amount 6075 Rupees. but Till date i have not received my bike registration. Bike# is AP28 DP6822. I have visited RTO more 20 times but they are still saying my file is pending. Please do the needful.
