Regarding Spice Xlife M5Q mobile repair from online shopping from Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd

I have purchased Spice Xlife M5Q+ 5 Inch (Grey) mobile through online shopping from Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd. Plot No.5, Sector-27, near SSR Corporate Tower, Faridabad. During the period of warranty the screen of the hand set was giving problem/blinking. I had given the hand set to the Service Centre at Sector-7, Panchkula, Haryana (now shifted at Sector-20, Panchkula Haryana) of Spice mobile and they had issued me Service Request No.07100059G8007 on 08.08.2016. The service centre after repairing the handset called me on 18.08.2016 to hand over me the handset. But when I inspected my handset, it was found that they have changed the color of my handset, as they are trying to me handover the handset with other color (I was given Grey Color handset for repair). I objected and returned the handset to service centre with request to set right the same. But till date they have not set right my problem and i without hand set i have feeling a great harassment.
Kindly help me in the matter and direct the service centre to give me a new handset or set right the same, my hand set was in warranty when i handed over them my handset for repair.
