Paid on 15th April 2018 for Anti Termite Pest Control Treatment. The agreement is for a warranty of 5 years. During the treatment I shifted my kids and family to a nearby hotel. 3 months there was a repeat Termite problem. The Manager Mr. Anand came only after 15 days after multiple calls. 1 Week later we noticed more Termites in a new location. The Manager gives unsatisfactory reasons and delays in rectifying the issue. I feel it is a deficiency in service. Attached is a bill of the treatment done with written warranty.
