Dear Sir

We have purchase EUROCONE water filter machine from local dealer M/S Water Ultra Date: 11.05.2018. Local dealer Marketing Manager suggests me that EUROCONE water filer is for beater then KENT ERO Water Filter. Least 15 year we use KENT ERO water filter but we have no any problem till today.

But local dealer marketing manager suggest me that one machine of 18 Ltr. Capacity you installed and if we have any problem then you call me.

But after 10 days I am calling service Engineer for machine not working. But not attend any service engineer. I Call Mr. Gurucharan Singh he told Same Service Engineer Mr. Santu take your service. But he is out of station. So no service provide to me.

We have not use EUROCONE water filter least 10 days because.

Please so I humble request to you. Please take necessary action as soon as possible to the local dealer of EUROCONE.
