Non Servicing Aquaguard Classic+ water purifier despite valid 3 year maintenance Contract

I purchased Dr. Aquaguard Classic+ and also purchased its 3 year Maintenance Contract in Mumbai which is valid up to 25.6.2021 and thereafter relocated to Bangalore. My Customer Code is 6000678227. M/s Eureka Forbes is not attending to my service request no 2018312780 logged on 11.10.2020. In view of no response, I escalated the complaint on 20.10.2020 and also sent an email to the customer support of the agency giving all details. I have again logged a service request today on 20.1.2021 vide Service request no 2019574454. The agency is not responding since long. Earlier also the agency had been delaying the service every time and the agency is also not updating its record in regard to my 3 year maintenance contract despite that I have repeatedly sent copy of my purchase bill and copy of my 3 year service contract. Due to inaction for servicing the water purifier by agency, I and my family are drinking water which is not treated for sure which is causing concern for health hazard to us.
