I am a tax consultant. During the first week of May 2020, i got call from Ms. Shaheen NL PARTNER APP, which is the group of BAAQEE GLOBAL VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, to provide online leads. At that time they told me that my account will be activated immediately after the payment and they will provide the leads from the next day of the activation. Therefore I have transferred Rs 11800( 10000+ 1800 gst) to subscribe to Rs 10000 pack on 07/05/2020. Though I made the payment they did not activate my account. After 10 days they transferred the amount to my NL PARTNER APP. Even though my wallet balance is 10000, I could not get any leads. I asked regarding this to Ms. Shaheen who is not picking call and Mr. Vishal who is making lame excuses and now not picking call. Till now my account is not activated and my wallet balance is only 10000. I cannot use that 10000 also since they did not activate my account and Now they have removed my subscription as they have asked for more money which i had not deposited.Herewith I have attached the payment details.
