Respected Sir / Ma'am,
I have booked the round trip ticket to visit my parents on Feb 6th, 2020. Travelling was on 27th March, 2020 from Bangalore to Dehradun and return was on May 18th, 2020.
PNR: LKNYKT - 27th March 2020 - BLR - DED)
(PNR: JFH3NF - 18th May 2020 - DED - BLR )
Due to COVID19 and Lockdown Flight didn't operated on March 27th, 2020. As per the DGCA India guidelines i am eligible for refund how ever Indigo Airlines Management have deducted Rs 12918.00 towards my return flight and have no given any refund on my onward flight. why i have been charged cancellation fee airlines are not operated.
please help and advise.
