My name is Saurabh, i have purcahsed Intex LED TV on 26th May 2016. I am not aware about the warranty of the product, but due to some reason my Display of the TV is not working for which i had registered a complaint in customer care of Intex on 24th Oct 2017 amd i have been told by the executive that engineer will be visited at my address within 24 hrs. I had received various messages from Intex states that the Engineer has been allocated and his contact no is ×××××× he will contact me shortly.
But after 4 days when i haven't received the call from the company i again called on their customer care no and asked for the resolution. They said that my compalint has been forwarded to senior people and i will get the call again within 24 hrs. On the same day one engineer had visited my place who was good for nothing as he was not aware about anything and he checked my TV for 5 mins and told me that the diplay has been damaged due to Short Circut or something. When i asked him that do let me knw the charges and confirm that whether my product is in warranty or not then he said our company's server is down so i will update you within half an hr and he left from my place.
I haven't received any call from side till next day and again i called on their customer care no and again i have been told that i will receive a call from our senior within 1 to 2 hr, but still after 8 hrs i haven't received any call from them. I am now totally dissatified with the services of Intex amd want that my Money should be refunded as i dont want to continue the relationship with such a bad company who doesn't know how to serve their customer.
Please help me in getting the solution on Urgent basis.
