Kent RO Service not Proper, water flow was very slow

I had got the motor and all the filters for my Kent RO replaced on 14th February and Paid 5950 for the same. After that water flow was very slow and thus i raised a complain again. An engineer was assigned to visit my home on 19th February.The person did not come and closed the complain without doing anything. On complaining about the same, the person came and did something in the machine. After that the machine is leaking heavily and water is not getting purified. I had called 10 times on the customer care number after that and only got false hope. Again, they closed the complain without doing anything. When i called today again, i was told that an engineer would visit today but nobody turned up. I am being cheated by them again and again. Please take some action against these fraudulent act.
