No Refund given against Dailypooja.com online flower subscription portal

Dailypooja.com, which is an online flower subscription portal collects money in advance for subscription of flower delivery. In the month of June i had placed an order, for one month, which was honoured only for 14 days. I asked for a refund of the remaining days where no delivery was made and have been continuously writing to their support team. They only reply back saying they will look into the matter or will extend my order. I do not want extension on two accounts. 1) I am not available in the address anymore to receive an extension and 2) i cannot go through the pain and harassment of daily calls to customer care to ensure delivery.
