Consignment not delivered. More then a month now

I am victim of fraud and poor service of DTDC.

I sent a consignment (Tracking id: B38747293) through DTDC India on Nov 24th from Bangalore, but it is not delivered to its destination (Haryana) yet. From 30th of Nov. parcel is in Delhi itself. No status has been updated on their site from 30th Nov.
On calling their customer care, they responded me very rudely. They keep on giving me a new number each time to call. When i called on those numbers, they stopped responding my calls. They didn't mention any proper reason of not getting it delivered.
I have called them and mailed them multiple times. I also posted my request on their facebook page and on twitter page. On that also, they said they are looking into it. It's more then 15 days now. But still no action has been taken by them.
