Dear Team

My Complain is regarding a water purifier which i purchased from Kent RO System Ltd. around seven months ago and since then frequent problems are coming in pruifier. Whenever i log the complain through customer care, they take their own sweet time to come and resolve.As per their policy they should visit to us within 24 to 48 hours but the same is not followed any time till now. I am very much unhappy from the service they provide and now i want replacement of product.

Water is very necessary thing so that because of the delay in providing services by Kent always i have spend Rs.400 to Rs.500 to buy water.

My current complain no is 161105-00457 and already 24 hours are over but the Job is not yet assigned to any service engineer and when i call customer care they are not ready to provide me any proper visibility by when can i expect service engineer to come.

Please find attached the bill copy of water purifier and i need 100% refund so that i can buy the purifier from some other company.
