Mobikwik Wallet amount is not able to transfer to our personal account

Dear sir,

Last 10 days back I have load the money from hdfc credit card to mobikwik online wallet for my personal issue. I can't able to move the wallet money to personal account. I rise the complaint to mobikwik customer care also but they are not responding.
To transfer the money as per the government rules we need to upgrade our KYC. I went to local mobikwik office centre they are also not taking the KYC details and also in the online also it's not happening

From last 10 days I am facing lot of problem from mobikwik online wallet

Do the needful at the earliest

    have facing problem from last two weeks.

    I made payment via Mobikwik of Rs.1000/- 1000/- my Airtel postpaid (9840013709) on 21st Nov 2014. Its not processed against reference no – 507876 / 248707.

    But amount deducting from my Bank of India account.

    So kindly give credit to my account
