Mobile phone not returned after warranty repair

I have purchased a MICROMAX A300(WHITE GOLD) Mobile phone at cost of Rs. 15300/- vide bill No. JAS/A/36218 dated 21.03.2015. The phone has one year warranty.
The phone was given for repair under warranty on 30.01.2016 vide Jobsheet No. W010360-0116-21636591 to micromax service center at Vadodara.
The phone is not returned after repair even after 69 days of deposit of phone for warranty repair.
2-3 times service Micromax customer care was contacted, as advised by local service center, However, everytime i get same reply " Wait for 21 days "
Either phone should be repaired immediately after repair or original cost of mobile phone should be given back to me
