Household material picked-up from Pune on 17.04.2016 by Metro Packers and logistics. Material delivery to be done in Patna. But till date (12.05.2016), material not delivered in the destination. Full payment(as per their quotation) are made. Apart from that they took additional Rs. 4000/- from me. Tried several time to contact over phone, but not getting proper response regarding my material and date of delivery.
