I have purchased two set of LUMINOUS INVERTER (Zelio 1100) Along with tublour battery on 02.05.2016 and connect it on the same day. But on next day i.e. on 03.05.2016 I found the display of the inverter showing the icon of water level of battery is low but the inverter is functioning properly. Immediately I talked with the retailer that this icon are showing but the battery is also brand new how is it possible. Thankfully I got a reply from the retailer lodge a complaint in the luminous toll free no. 1800 103 3039.I talked with the luminous service centre they lodged my complain and give the complain no.4002218072 and told engineer will go to your home within 48 hrs. On the same day I collect the phone no.0361-2458790 of our local (Guwahati) luminous office and told about the problem and my complain no.4002218072 and talked with the service centre .On 04.05.16 I again call the local luminous office and told about the display problem and requested for giving the phone to one of the engineer . I talked with one of the engineer over the phone and told about the display problem ,he said sir this is only display problem nothing else, you can continue with it and our engineer will come and solve your display problem .On 05.05.16 I got a call from the local luminous office and they give the ph no. of Mr. Roy (9864035887).I talked with Roy and request for come at 3 pm at my home. He came my home open the inverter do some work and told there is only display problem nothing else, I will come tomorrow with some cable. He close the inverter and left my home. But at night when there is a power cut inverter is not functioning totally and whole night we are not slept.
So, sir if it is possible please replace my 3 days old inverter with new one.
