Kuchina Chimney complaint with the company’s Dealer that my Chimney has developed some snag and stop

It is now more than two weeks for I have filed the above complaint with the company’s Dealer that my Chimney has developed some snag and stopped working and I requested for an immediate services of a technician/ Service representative to attend the machine, but till date no any technician of the company has attended the machine. Now I do not understand why it should take more than two weeks for any technician to attend a single machine.
When a company appoint a Dealer in a city, it is its duty to appoint a technician also to attend the complaints of its customers. At the time of purchase, the dealer of the company did not take more than half an hour to install the machine, and then now why should I suffer and wait for the company’s technician to visit the machine? I have been repeatedly informed in last several days by the local dealer that the technician will come from Hyderabad but when he will come, it is depended on Hyderabad distributor only. In other words he clearly said that it is the company’s policy that any customer should dance on company’s tunes.
One week back, in response to my complaint to the Company directly on E-mail, I received a one line reply from the company that it has passed my complaint to their local dealer and its service representative will attend my machine in due course but till date the result of my complaint is total ZERO.
Companies like KUCHINA Kitchen Solutions spend crores of rupees on Ads etc. to make fool of common people by showing rosy pictures of their products but fails to hear their complaints. Through this message I warn all the customers/consumers in India to be aware of such bogus companies like KUCHINA Kitchen Solutions and at any cost never to purchase any product of the such company. whose only aim seems to be making a fool of their customers and earning hefty profits., otherwise they will be at a loss and they will be great sufferer as such they will never get any “service after sales” in due course from the company.
