Karbon mobile repair service problem

Dear sir,
I am kamlesh kumar living at lucknow, india. I purchase a karbon mobile from lucknow. After 4 months there is a power on/off related problem was detected from the service centre. I gave my mobile and they promised me to resolve the problem very soon. I called several times and now 28 days completed the problem still persists and they are not giving the exact date to repair it.
Kindly do the needful, before I go to consumer court
