Goods are demaged during Transit through Gatti Cargo

I have booked wooden Designer side tables duly wrapped in bubble sheets and packed in three different Carton Boxes on 02-05-2016 vide Gatti KWE cargo consignment number 419587777 from B-219, Guar Homes, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad.UP PIN 201013 to Shruti Garg, NIFT, Chheb Road, Kangra. HP PIN 176001.
The said packets were delivered on 06-05-2016 at 19.00 hrs. On opening of the cartons, consignee/receiver of the cartons informed me that all the products are damaged badly i.e. broken into pieces.
The declared value of the said products is Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) only.

I have also lodged a complaint with M/s Gatti KWE toll free number 18001804284 for the said damage and my complaint number is 14975384. I am also enclosing the copy of booking of docke of consignment number 419587777. But M/s Gatti KwE informed me telephonically that they will not provide me any damage charges. ( They have not replied my any e-mail .

You are therefore requested to kindly arrange to refund me the cost of my damaged products i.e. Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand after breaking of the product it is total loss of the product for me
