free replacement of compressor

Same problem was in September 2020 and your personnel came and charged gas but in 22 March 21 same problem arises again your personnel came and cleaned but again same problem then your personnel came and asked me that compressor is damaged. They checked our purchase receipt and found date of purchase was 27 March 16 . So free change is not eligible. As per technical thought it was damaged in last year September but they are cheating since September and waiting to cross the free period mean while they charged Rs1800 +500 . Means they have given me double losses and your service manager ranchi is not picking my call.
Kindly arrange to change compressor free of cost.
