Over the last 1.5 months, I'm not getting regular broadband services in terms of speed and connectivity. For days now the internet does not work for more than 2 to 3 Hrs. every day. I called up the customer care several times and also filed a complaint but there is no permanent solution. I had also called the relationship manager, Ms Anuradha stating all the connectivity issues and she said a technical person would call back in few minutes, which didn't happen. I had to repeatedly call her for a response and only then a technician had called me up. The technician also made false promises and never called back. We have to call the relationship manager several times and only then she receives the call. Pathetic services over all. No one is willing to take responsibility and solve the issues. I have already paid an advance of 6 months and they are not willing to return the money.
For every complaint they promise that the technician would call back which didn’t happen at all.
