Denied delivery and returned a parcel without updating the recipient

I was supposed to receive a parcel from my office, which got misrouted to chandannagar DTDC, and hence they directly returned the product without letting me know. These guys are very much unprofessional in their job and for these assholes I won't get the product anymore
