Demand extra money and not deliver the gas cylinder in time

Sir,I Sanjit Pramanik resident of Nagenddra Nagar 5th lane ,P.O-Krishnagar,P.S-Kotwali,Dist.Nadia have already booking gas cylinder on 11/01/2020 through my mobile vide reference no 895201 but till date I have not get the gas cylinder.I also inform you that the delivery boy of this locality demands extra money at the time of delivery the Gas cylinder.Please look into the matter seriously. This problem is facing all the people of this locality who are the customer of M/S-Churni Gas Service.Y/F-Sanjit Pramanik
