I have submitted the NOC with all supporting documents of my two wheeler having registration number TS 08 FG 5608 on 24/11/2018 to transfer the registration from Medchal RTO to EAST BARDDHAMAN RTO till now no positive response getting from RTO .I have already visited to RTO 4times & from there I have only got false comments & getting the reply that "your documents have been losted pls resubmit all ". It has been over 8months.
