Sri Sreekanto Samazder service agent of Khaitan, was contactacted over phone for malfunctioning of geyser.
He changed what he called the thermostat and took rs 1200/.He didn't give any receiept/ Kancha rashid when asked for.
The geyser went out of order after 12 hours or so.Mr Samazder is not attending to Dr the problem in spite of repeated requests.
