My name is Sourav Chakraborty. I have ordered a very urgent medicine of on 1st April 2017 with the order number NMS1704012130186A. Email I'd - scsourav123@gmail.com. Today its 7th April 2017, but still the order is in processing where prescription also had been uploaded and verified also. The customer care executives are worst. They only says that they had raise an issue to the dispatch team. Nermeds says they generally delivered product in 3 to 7 days. But now I can see after 5 days it has not yet been dispatched.
