Complaint against DTDC not delivering the product

Shipped a product through DTDC Global to Reliance Retail Ltd( AJIO.com ) on 18/10/2016 and still they have not delivered the product and the product is to be delivered at Tumkur, Karnataka. When trying to get contact DTDC Global courier service they are not giving the proper status of the product. As a AJIO is a online shopping company, so every online shopping company has a policy to get the return of their product within 30 days period of product delivery. If DTDC wont deliver the product on time i wont get my refund from Reliance Retail Ltd (AJIO.com). My DTDC CN NO. is K89437848.
