I purchased a Dr Aquaguard Magma (Customer ID 1005285972) Invoice No 266510322 dated 25/09/2015. Item code GWPDDRMUV00000 Dr Aquaguard Magna UV 1227108056028782. Since the purchase I have had to call the service engineer atleast 10 times due to problem with proper water discharge. Mr Dutta, Head of compaint division Durgapur, has neither replaced the machine nor the faulty part. As a result the problem still persists.

    I complain for service more than 5 times . no one is responding. I have too much of drinking water problem. Very very bad responce with this company. Very unprofessionally they r behaving. Pls help me out with this matter
