Dear Sir,

As I am officially transferred from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata, I have shifted all my household goods including car through Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group) on 9th April 2016. My captioned goods have delivered at Kolkta on 11th April 2016. I made my payments 80% at Bhubaneswar and rest 20% at Kolkata on 11th April 2016.The moment my goods have delivered couple of items partly damaged and couple of items fully damaged. The moment I am claiming for damage, for which I have made insurance, till date I have not received any damage claim nor any persons responding for the same. I have given complain through mail id claims@drsindia.in and in their landline# 03323578962, not satisfactory respond I am getting. I am egregiously following with them and for which I have taken leave from my office so that some one will visit to the verification and paid me. Its lost my valuable time and harassment for me.
