I have bought a water geyser of Usha company from Great Eastern Electronics at Rajdanga Kasba on 24.10.2019 which was delivered on 25.10.2019. Till now the sales executive Mr. Anupam Maity has not yet sent anyone for installation. Please guide me on how to return the product and get my refund. He is not picking up the phone and is behaving in a manner unbecoming of delivering minimum satisfactory customer service. It is a pathetic experience for me. I just want to return the product and get my refund now.
