i have a yuphoria phone .its touchscreen didn^t work so i given it to company CC Center at firozabad via jobsheet no.-N040-0516-23199459 dated 4/5/2016. The CC center informed me on 21/05/2016 that my phone had repaired and i could take it.But when it was given to me ,it had some more problems.its headphone jack point was broken and phone had scraches . CC centre told that it was a postal poblem and made a new jobsheet N040611-0516-23478568 dated 21/05/16.I complained to CC support no ,he gave me a reference ticket id -2490216.now my phone is at company service centre from 04/05/2016 till today. plz resolve my problem
