Damaged Courier through DTDC, need a reimbursement for the damage DTDC

I sent a courier through DTDC and on the other side my client found the package broken. Now DTDC is not at all taking any responsibility of the damage. I need a reimbursement for the damage DTDC has done. My consignment number was D28999974
