Sir,
My AC of voltas make stopped working and logged call with company under case id no. 16051705672 on 17.05.2016. Jammu Service Center M/S Sudan Refrigeration attended call and suggested to drop AC in workshop.
AC is now with workshop and I is out of order. Yesterday they updated that it will take 10 more days.
My family particular my old mother is sleepless from last 10 days.

Please help us to get the AC back in working condition.

    I have purchased gold bangles from Kewal jewelers srinagar, recently I wanted to sell these off and when I approached the same shop where I have purchased these from I was shocked to know that the bangles are 21 karat whereas I have paid the rate of 22 karat gold when I purchased it. On the receipt shopkeeper has mentioned some code 875 instead of 21 karat so I was unaware what the code is for. Further same day I have purchased another pair of bangles 22 karat and the gold rate for this pair is charged exactly as of the 21 karat. Jeweler is not ready to accept his mistake. I need some guidance to formally punish this guy for his fruad.

    i have bought new voltas cooler from amar agency manendragarh chhattisgarh in april 2017 but it din,t work after around 1 month later ,i have called customer care many of times but they told they will visit tomorrow or day after tomorrow but they din,t come even a single times. my complain number is 17061308684 dated 13 june and new complain number is 17071309849 dated 13 july my registered number is 7587390190.i also contact to shopkeeper he also tell same as customer care that company member will come nd watch den it will be exchange but noone came to tillnow so plse suggest me what to do i am totally fed up with voltas company.
