Complaint regrading Reliance network simple not activated for more than a week

I Was using idea network and ported to Reliance network, they entered wrong address and did not activated the sim saying verification not done.Store people are so irresponsible and arrogant after lot of follow ups and complaints in customer care also there is no use as my number is not yet activated.Its my business number and there are missed sales opportunities.
