Complaint against Telenor deactivated my number.

Dear Sir,
My mobile number 9410776669 has been deactivated on 16th September by Telenor Patna. After repetitive call and email, again and again they are telling that I have ported out my number from Telenor network. I would mention that I have never applied for porting out. This is my personal number and I am suffering a lot due to non availability of sim card and deactivation of my number by Telenor. They are not giving any satisfactory reply and harassing me unnecessary. Please help me in this regard and get my sim card activated.
