Complain againts Non stop message EMI on TV through capita first has been cleared

Sir/Madam.

My emi on TV through capita first has been cleared on february 2016. But still am receiving their reminder messages 2-3 times mini a day.
I already informed them about it and they sent me the apologized & non sending the messages in future. But still 'am receiving it and after sending the mail also there's no action from them. As if they are decor dumb or blind.
Please help to stop receiving the reminder message.
