Cash not refunding Vashi Telecom, Sector 2, Near Aboot Hotel, Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Hi,

Vashi Telecom, Sector 2, Near Aboot Hotel, Vashi, Navi Mumbai have
replaced the motherboard of my Lenovo mobile which is under warranty.
They have charged Rs 2500 for this and are not providing receipt. They
are also not giving my old motherboard.Now they are saying that they have not received money.

Please do something,
